We know from our own experience planning the big day or any significant celebration, can be an overwhelming experience. It requires a lot of planning and preparation, and ideally a great deal of experience. One of the most important things is for you and your guests to have an amazing time.

We believe that your special day, however you choose to have it, deserves only the best; this is why we work closely with you to ensure that the drinks menu is tailored to you and your guests and give the upmost attention to the finest of detail. Our packages can include welcome drinks, table wine and event champagne/prosecco for toasting.

We will provide a varied selection of wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and mixers for your guests. We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have. We also offer seasonal products such as mulled wine and warm honey gin in winter and Pimms in the summer.

We work with you to fine-tune the drinks menu to meet your needs exactly. Our stylish tables and chairs provide the ideal setting for your guests to relax and soak up the sun alternately chill in the shade of our gazebo.

What makes The Big Fizz Unique?

The Big Fizz is a vintage Rice Beaufort Horse Box that has been sympathetically refurbished to the highest of standards by our own fair hands. Inside is decorated with natural and sustainable solid oak that have been recycled to minimise the impact on the environment. Bespoke fixtures and fittings reflect the vintage theme, which are displayed both inside and outside the horse box. The clotted cream interior combined with the soft amber lighting makes it a delightful place to be.

However, on board when it comes to the under counter technology, we have the latest wine and Champagne chillers, a large triple drinks fridge, a freezer and an ice machine. We also have additional equipment to run a second bar area if needed. You can sit and relax and soak up the sun with our tables and chairs whilst enjoying our very finest range of drinks sourced from a variety of mainly local suppliers.  Alternatively, you can chill in the shade of our gazebo. Whatever, the weather we have it covered.
